The intellectual property includes patents, trademarks, industrial and agricultural plans.

Intellectual property can be conceded in the following ways:
1- Definitive and permanent concession of intellectual property through sale or a compromise agreement under financial right is permissible.
2- The partnership of the owner of the intellectual property with the user, permanently or for a certain period or amount is permissible according to the company contract, and the intellectual property is priced as the partner’s contribution and is considered as part of the common property of the company.
3- The concession of the right to use intellectual property for a certain period or amount can be done in the form of a swap or a compromise agreement.
4- The owner of the intellectual property can definitively concede the exploitation license of intellectual property for a certain period of time or specific amount of mass production, in the form of a swap or a compromise contract.
