"The review of the jurisprudential aspects of housing deposit assistance facilities" was conducted in the twenty-seventh session of the Sharia Council of the Central Bank and was approved as follows:

"Banks and non-bank credit institutions can provide Murabaha facilities to tenants who, according to the Ministry of Roads and Urban Development, are currently experiencing economic difficulties to cover their expenses, including housing costs."
