The Sharia Council examined the possibility of using other contracts except for buying debt in credit in the current account at its 24th session on 21 May. 2020.

Using the capacity of civil partnership agreements, Murabaha and Qarz al-Hasna contracts for credit in the current account was approved. However, it was decided that the executive mechanism for using each of the mentioned contracts has to be compiled and submitted to the Sharia Council for approval.
