The Sharia Council of the Central Bank of Iran examined and approved the issue of replacing the Murabaha contract in granting facilities for the purchase of goods, especially facilities granted to households.

Granting facilities for the purchase of goods, including consumer goods, intermediaries, capital and services, especially facilities granted to households in the form of Murabaha contracts instead of Jo'aleh contract (reward contract)and installment sales is emphasized due to better implementation of interest-free banking operations.
