The sharia contracts usable in credit line agreements to banks and non-bank credit institutions were reviewed in the forty-third and forty-sixth sessions of the Sharia Council of the Central Bank of Iran and approved as follows:

1- Granting credit lines of the Central Bank to banks and non-bank credit institutions in cases where the subject of the power of attorney is completely clear and definite, is approved on the basis of a special power of attorney contract in terms of sharia standards.

2- Granting credit lines of the Central Bank to banks and non-bank credit institutions in other cases where the subject of power of attorney is various economic projects and activities, is approved based on the general power of attorney in terms of sharia criteria.
